Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. As many items involve natural materials and hand finishing, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are inherent and are not defects. Product availability is shown live and may change.
Pricing
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are set through our payment provider. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are calculated at checkout.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — and to refund any amount paid in such cases.
